Wales 2016
Prior to our trip to Morocco, we spent a little over a week in Wales where we had wonderful weather. We stayed at a Landmark trust with a special family connection. In 2000 when Maggie & brother Rob's mother died, she willed some funds to Landmark trust which were earmarked for this particular building - Dolbelydr, Trefnant, Denbighshire. Humanist and physician Henry Salesbury published his Grammatica Britannica will living in Dalbelydr in 1593. Thus giving Dalbelydr some claim to being the birthplace of modern Welsh.
We had a wonderful visit with Maggie's brother Rob and Sister Liz and families.
We did not get to the Lake District or Kirkby Lonsdale to visit our many friends this trip but certainly will in the future.
