Almost all farming is done on a small scale on family farms. Rice is a staple in Sri Lanka so there are many small fields but not the terraced style of Thailand and the Philipeans. The last 3 images in the gallery show the process of harvesting cinnamon. There are many spices grown in Sri Lanka but once again mostly on small farms.
