Just outside Reykjavik as we turned onto Hwy 36 we saw our first fields of lupines. Little did we know that this was just a small sample of the vast fields we were yet to see.
20 minutes along Hwy 1 from Skogafoss we saw the most extensive lupine fileds that we saw during our entire trip. Jaw dropping.
